Change the operational thinking, open design, R&D, manufacturing and other links to achieve large-scale, batch and even personalized production.
In the current situation, many companies may think of reforms, increase investment in advanced equipment, expand the introduction of talents, and see some successful companies. Change. However, on the path of change, the pain points of the internal management department of the enterprise will prevent it from developing to a higher level. Serious situations directly lead to the failure of corporate reforms, and all investments are in vain.
