It embodies a convenient atmosphere. How it works is simple. The forklift puts the shuttle on the track of the designated rack, then puts the goods on the shuttle one by one, and finally places the goods automatically through the intelligent induction system (which can automatically remember the origin position, automatically decelerate, and automatically identify the storage position). The characteristics of shuttle logistics storage shelves are also obvious: goods can only be automatically stored on the shuttle; multiple roads can share a shuttle, which is affordable; less damage to the shelves, durable; fast speed, low accident risk; Complies with EU standards.
3. Press-in racks. The push-in logistics storage shelf is a shelf that uses the trolley on the shelf to carry the goods, and is stacked forward (backward) in turn when accessing. Not only is it a "warehouse problem solver," it's also known as "Harvest One." Its features are: convenient storage, first-in-last-out, easy disassembly, upgradeable, surface rust-proof and not easy to wear, and a variety of colors to match the appearance. So what are its downsides? The "first-in, first-out" access principle of this logistics storage shelf makes it unsuitable for stacking different batches of goods, and its "mobile trolley" access structure also makes its storage position relatively shallow, which is not conducive to storage. 4. Picking racks. Picking shelves are the most widely used form of shelves. Not only is it a warehouse specialist, it's also known as the "popular face" on the shelf. Its advantage is that after use, the height of the beam can still be adjusted at will, the number of layers of the beam can be increased, and the flexibility is strong, which is especially suitable for users whose product size changes frequently.
5. Narrow aisle shelves. This logistics storage rack is a high-density storage solution. It is not only a solver of space allocation problems, but also known as "Warehouse No. 1". It has a geometric structure, is stored separately, and is placed permanently. It is a high-strength shelf made of Q235 steel, and each layer bears 1-5 tons. It prevents the cargo from being compressed and damaged. Its surface is treated with electrostatic powder spraying, which is not easy to wear. Its biggest advantage is that the shelves can be adjusted in a wide range according to the specifications of the goods, and only need to replace the accessories. (Note: Narrow aisle racks must use a three-way stacking forklift).
